Meet The Founder Brian

Brian, grew up in sunny Los Angeles and is passionate about making the world a more beautiful place.

As a professional hairstylist, he enjoys making customized color concoctions for his loyal clientele. His tenacity paved the way to create vegan candles that are 100% natural.

Hours of research were performed and no expenses spared, in order for the quality to shine through. Brian has first handedly experienced poor quality candles that lead to ailments such as painful headaches and irritated airways. It was after researching the toxicity of modern day candles, that he decided to take a plant based approach.

Plant based candles are important because their counterparts can be quite harmful. The most common wax used in candle making is paraffin wax because it’s cheap and easy to come by.

However paraffin wax is a byproduct of the coal industry. Fossil fuels go on to create petroleum and ultimately paraffin wax. When burned, they have been known to lead to ailments like bone density loss, breast cancer, and to induce toxicity.
